Handline's Auctions Online Estate Auction in Fairview Park Auction will run from June 16th thru June 23rd Auction pickup will be Sunday June 26th.. Appointment times will be done based on how many people need to pickup.. See Paid invoice for the Appointment Schedule Link.. Auction Terms & Conditions Thank you for participating in our Online Auction Event Outlined below are the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE AUCTION EVENT ONLY Auction Closing Info: 1ST Lot will close at 6pm on the specified date of the auction. Each lot after, will close between 10-45 seconds depending on the auction. Unless a another bid is placed within the last 30 seconds and will renew for another 60 seconds and so forth until no more bids on that item happen. Online Registration: All Online registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. Payment: * For this auction we are only accepting these Types of payment that will be accepted are Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), and Wire Transfer. NO CHECKS or CASH ACCEPTED ( Cash is accepted at our warehouse if paid before auction Pickup, appt is needed to to make sure we are there). Any Out of State Online Bidders with invoices over $500.00(US) will be required to complete their purchase using wire transfer of funds.. We will charge the card on file a 10% Deposit. We will then send you the payment requirements with transfer information and the new total. Any Bidders in the State of Ohio will be charge automatically unless you contact us prior to set you up for cash on pickup. If any out of state bidder bids and wins on ANY GOLD or SILVER item/s you will need to do a Wire Transfer for your purchase due to security reasons. Non Payment: If you do not pay you will be placed on our prohibited list until taken care of. This will also be seen by any and all other Online Auction Site and Auctioneers that use the HiBid platform. So you may or may not be able to bid on any other HiBid Platform auctions until payment is taken care of and bidding restrictions are lifted. If payment is not received with 3 days of closing you will be required to pay the invoice still to get previleges restored however you will forfeit any and all items that you bid on. Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for Credit Cards… NO CASH or Checks for this auction No Sales Tax collected for this auction Winning Bidder Emails: At the conclusion of the auction the winning bidders will receive 2 emails. In these emails you will receive the invoices as stated. Also in the PAID invoice emails you will receive the link to schedule your appointment for pickup; which will have the full address and time slots that are available for this pickup. Appointment Pickup Schedule: The 2nd Email which will be the PAID invoice after the Credit Cards are processed. This email will contain the link to the appointment schedule for pickup. Please ONLY select ONE slot. You will have unlimited time to load your items the slots are so we can pull your items and have them ready for you to pickup. We try to make it a quick and simple for everyone.. Bidders are responsible for checking their email account/s, If you do not receive any emails within an hour or so after the auction ended, please check your JUNK or SPAM mail for our Invoices or any other emails. They go there a lot especially for new bidders with us. IF still nothing give us email or call in the morning to see what is wrong. Pickup Location will be within the Appointment Scheduled. You must click this link to schedule your appointment and get the address. No appoint, No pickup. If you do not pickup and no other arrangements have been made you will forfeit the payment and items.. Pickup for this auction is as stated on the Auction by Appointment ONLY and is ONE DAY only unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. We will be there as long as needed for you to load your items. Shipping Terms : We will only Ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS for Tracking and Insurance reasons. We will up the Insurance based on the items that you won. This is to protect you in case of any issues in transit. We will package the items the best we can but once the item leaves our hands there is nothing we can do. If there are any issues please let us know prior to bidding. These Terms and Condition are binding and will not be changed without prior discussion. We do not send tracking or updated invoices once the shipping is completed Shipping and Handling Charges: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. Any larger items (such as Furniture pieces or larger equipment) will need to be shipped and scheduled by the winning bidder. We will assist the best we can for these items. But it is the Bidders responsibility to contact a mover or shipping company to pick up these items within 7 business days. Anything after may accrue storage charges or may be considered abandoned and disposed of. Normal item/s to be shipped will have a Handling Fee of $6.00 1st Lot and $3.00 for each additional Lot Up to 25.00 per box Max, but WE also MAY NOT charge the full amount of Handling Fees at OUR discretion depending on the item/s. We will ship all item/s after the auction pickup date within 7-10 business days. All items that were won from Out of State Bidders will be processed automatically unless discussed prior and any local bidder that has CALLED or EMAILED us to request items to be shipped.. Any other person in the state of OHIO that does NOT call or email us or that does not pickup will be considered forfeited and/or abandoned. Once the items are weighed and packaged we will then process the CC on file a second time for shipping, handling and insurance fees and ship the package the next day the USPS or UPS pickup. BUYER/BIDDER BEWARE: By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that she/he has entered into this agreement as the result of a thorough reading and understanding the Terms and Conditions and inspection, or acknowledged opportunity to inspect the merchandise being purchased and that all merchandise is sold in an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and AS-INSPECTED" condition with any and all faults. While descriptions are believed to be correct and accurate, the Auctioneer and the Seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or merchant-ability of, or defect in any item, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies. No warranties are made as to the merchant-ability of any item or their fitness for any purpose. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is understood and agreed that the Auctioneer is acting as an agent only and shall in no case whatsoever be held liable by either party for the performance of any term or covenant of this agreement or for damages for non-performance thereof. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer, Auction Company and Seller from any and all damages and claims of any type whatsoever caused by the removal of the item(s) purchased. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. You are bidding on the described item, always read the item description. IMPORTANT! The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. The Auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction - split or combine lots - add minimum bids or reserve prices - cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event - make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for CC and 10% for Cash will be added to the final bid price and included in the total sale price. Sales Tax: 8% Sale Tax for this Auction will be added unless you are Tax Exempt on FILE with us or out of state at this time. No refunds will be given * Types of payment accepted are Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), and Wire Transfer. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. *Online bidders will have the credit card used at registration charged for their invoice total at the conclusion of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. *Any Out of State Online Bidders with invoices over $500.00(US) will be required to complete their purchase using wire transfer of funds.. We will charge the card on file a 10% Deposit. We will then send you the payment requirements with transfer information and the new total. *Any Bidders in the State of Ohio will be charge automatically unless you contact us prior to set you up for cash on pickup. * Any invoice that has any Gold or Silver on there invoice and is out of state will also have to pay by wire transfer. * All invoices not paid within 3 business day will incur a 15% late fee on the total invoice amount if the credit card transaction cannot be processed. Invoices not paid by the 5th business day will be returned to inventory and the bidder's file on HiBid and Handline's Auctions will have a revocation of privileges noted - which all HiBid software using Auctions review to determine bidder eligibility. As such, you will likely be banned from bidding on any auction hosted through HiBid platform and Handline's Auctions. If you want to be setup for CASH only payment please let us know PRIOR to the auction ending by EMAILING or CALLING US. Not putting notes in the comments We do not always see those comments prior to running cards at the end of the auction... No Refunds will be given Once the auction ends we will run all credit cards on file that are not setup for cash payment only or that require a wire transfer. If you are already setup in the system for cash payment you do not need to do anything.. There will be no refunds for not following our terms and conditions or requirements. We can set you up for cash and/or Tax Exempt for furture auctions. Same goes for the TAX EXEMPT Forms. Must have them on file before the auction ends.... If you need a form emailed to you please let us know we have it in a PDF file..
Pickup will be as listed on the Auction and you will recieve the information on the Winning EMail as well. SHIPPING * For your protection, items can only by shipped to the address listed on your invoice, If you would like it shipped to another location we will ask for more information and ID's to be emailed to us. This is for your protect and ours * Handline's Auctions provides shipping through USPS Priority Mail or UPS for most items. Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier service (base on zip code, weight, dimensions, etc.) and Handline's Auctions does charge a handling fee to cover the cost of shipping materials and time. Our default handling fee is $6.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item. When we have completed packaging your item(s), we may lower the handling fee at our discretion to be reflective of the actual costs. *All larger items that are outside of USPS or UPS shipping parameters will require pickup from our location or the buyer must make shipping arrangements through a third party shipper (e.g. uShip, Flxe, etc.) for pick-up within 7 business days after the auction's close. We will do our best to assist your shipper but it is ultimately their responsibility. We will charge the card on file once the items are packaged and ready to be sent. We will also add insurance for every package above the standard limits based on which provider we use. Also anything over $150 will be required to have a signature Any questions please email or call prior to bidding. We do our own packing and this takes time to make sure your items arrive safetly with the best change so Within 7-10 Business Days after the auction pickup is completed we will pack up all items that were won from Out of State Bidders any in state bidders that win will have to email us to let us know if they want it shipped. Otherwise we will assume that you forfeited your items. If you have your own account with USPS, UPS or FedEx please let us know and once your item/s are packaged we will charge for the handling portion and emal you the information regarding your package. Once you send us the shipping label for your package, we will place your label on the package and either add it to our packages already going out or will have you schedule a time for them to pick up the items based on OUR schedule that we are available. If you would like an outside company to pack up your items please let us know prior to the auction ending that COMPANY will be picking up your items and we will get them ready for them. You must make your own arrangements for this to be done. Again any questions please let us KNOW PRIOR to BIDDING and we will be more than glad to answer any questions about shipping. Thank you
